I offer one-on-one coaching to help physicians master their schedules and reclaim their time so they can be doing more of what matters to them in their lives – whether this is having more time with family, for work that is more meaningful to them, for hobbies, or to do nothing at all (this is allowed!)

Priorities are set and become crystal clear despite all the other demands on their time. They learn to overcome thought patterns that are holding them back from their highest efficiency. I teach them how they can confidently say “no” when needed so they can protect their valuable time and what is most important to them. I show them how they can have more of what they want in their lives by doing less.

Through my program, my clients learn how to feel better about how they balance their work and their family lives. They parent better and have a better relationship with their spouses.

How does it work?

Coaching sessions are private and customized to my client’s needs. We can talk about time management and feeling better, but I can help her with any area of their lives in which she wants to see change. This includes: relationships, building self-confidence, improving leadership skills, and more.

I coach my clients once a week on average through video or audio calls. The coaching sessions can be motivating and eye-opening, and clients are excited to start applying the work and their newfound awareness right away. But sometimes life happens, and just as they may need some extra support, our pre-scheduled coaching call serves to help keep them on track. Not only that, but I offer written coaching support to help answer questions in between sessions too.

I offer coaching packages of various lengths based on the client’s need.

What changes will you see?

You will learn how to solve your time management problems so that you can reclaim your time now, and adapt to the changes at work and home that inevitably come up. I don’t just help you create a solution for your current time problems; knowing that life is constantly changing, I teach you the skills and strategies that you can apply to always live in alignment with what is most important to you.

After we have worked together, you will be more emotionally resilient. What others say and do won’t affect you so much. Your work situation won’t cause so much frustration. With your kids, you’ll snap less and be more patient, because you’ll be more aware of your emotional responses and where they come from. How do we start working together?

I primarily work with busy physicians who want to make more time for themselves and their families while creating a fulfilling career. Though most of my clients are in clinical practice, you don’t have to be in clinical practice to work with me. You may work in research or education, or have a nonclinical career. I work with stay-at-home moms too.
